On 11 April 2014 the international conference "Sustaining the networked future: use and reuse of digital content" will be hosted by the University of Innsbruck under the aegis of the eBooks on Demand (EOD) network. Through various case-studies the conference examines how can digital materials be made visible and stay visible, be linked and endure.
On July 1st the American Library Association (ALA) Presidential Citation for Innovative International Library Projects was presented to the eBooks on Demand (EOD) Network.
National Library of the Czech Republic now offers eBooks on Demand (EOD) service, enabling their collections of copyright free books to be ordered as e-books on users’ request from any part of the world. Thus the EOD network now assembles 36 European libraries from 12 countries.
